Pete Underhill, the designer of Bad Taste Bears always drew only cute designs for cute kittens, fluffy puppies and much more. But at some point, he no longer wanted to be just well-behaved and created a teddy bear with a bloody chainsaw in his hand. Thus the Bad Taste Bears were created. At first, they were only meant to be figures on greeting cards, but customers liked the gruesome bears so much that the first collectible figures were soon produced. Today, the figurines reach collectors around the globe and there are always new designs on the market, but old classics are also constantly revised and offered new.
