The US television series is a spin-off of the animated film Madagascar. The series was first broadcast in 2008 on the children's channel Nickelodeon.The computer-animated animated series from the world-famous DreamWorks studios naturally features the agent penguins from the two hit movies. Kowalski, Rico, Private and Skipper experience hilarious adventures and make young and old viewers laugh. The series has since won eleven Emmys and four Annie Awards.
