Studio 100 Media – We make childhood memories of tomorrow and send well-known characters such as Maya the Bee, Heidi and Vic the Viking into new adventures.

As a subsidiary of the Belgian Studio 100 Group, we are an internationally active production and distribution unit for high-quality children's and family entertainment. We hold the reins of creation, production and acquisition of TV series and animated cinema films as well as worldwide distribution and licensing in Munich. Our CGI animation studio, Studio Isar Animation in Munich produces renowned cinema films and we are proud to bring our own brands to life through our pay-TV channel "Junior" as well as through stage shows and in the theme parks of the Studio 100 Group (e.g. Holiday Park). Studio 100 stands for excellent family entertainment - from the first pencil stroke to children's laughter in the theme park.

We are a small, skilled ship in the Studio 100 Media fleet, helping to send our brands such as Maya the Bee, Mia and me, Tip the Mouse and Vic the Viking on their way from Munich to their fans all over the world. For this important mission as Business Development Manager International Licensing (m/f/d) in our Licensing Department full-time, we absolutely need YOU!

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic/passionate and driven individual who will be responsible for planning and managing international license sales in product categories and regions.
  • You will analyse the market, identify growth potential and coordinate planning and implementation.
  • Driven by your enthusiasm for our IPs (own rights and third-party rights such as Sesame Street, Miffy, Beyblade), you will acquire new customers and look after our (inter)national licensees and will constantly be on the lookout for new potential partnerships. You will negotiate and conclude license agreements in cooperation with our experts from the entire Studio 100 fleet.
  • You will sail in face-to-face and virtual meetings in Munich, abroad and in (inter)national trade fairs.
  • In regular fire talks on forecast and budget topics, you will forge plans together with your captain and your team for the best route for our brands across the world's oceans.

Sounds like fun? Great! Here’s what we need from you:

  • Your seafaring licence is a university degree with a focus on business administration or comparable commercial training in the area of sales.
  • You are confident on the inland waters of sales and (trade) marketing, ideally in the B2B sector.
  • A bit of ‘Vic-ness’: Your strong communication and negotiation skills in English and German and your open way of approaching people distinguishes you just as much as your creative ways of looking for new solutions. Analysing quickly (even without rubbing your nose), organising and lending a hand when challenges arise are also part of your skills.
  • A good portion of ‘Maya’: You are willing to leave the beaten track, work in a solution-oriented manner and are highly committed. You also like to fly out of your beehive and travel to other flower meadows for planned meetings.
  • The common MS Office applications are a piece of cake for you.
