With the Olchis, the players go on a litter hunt in Schmuddelfing

Schmidt Spiele - January 2021

The game to the movie

Yuck, what's that smell? In Schmuddelfing, the home of the Olchis, it smells pretty foul. And on such an important day, of all days. Because at 12 o'clock the citizens' meeting begins, where the future of the Schmuddelfing landfill site will be decided. So the Olchis don't have much time left to rid their home of the musty smell. Good thing they have the support of two to four players. Because together, fine fish bones, crowning slippers and crunchy batteries can certainly be located quickly. In this cooperative memo game by Wolfgang Dirscherl, the players have to collect all the garbage together before time runs out.

Muffelfurzcool fun for two to four players aged five and up with "Die Olchis - Das Spiel zum Film". There, the Olchis living in Schmuddelfing need help to rid their small town of malodorous waste. But there's not much time to do it. Because when the hand of the included game clock reaches 12, the search is over and the game is over. Until then, the players must work together to find waste by moving their Olchi figures across a playing field of 24 cards. This is done by rolling the dice in turn. As is typical for memo games, the litter cards are placed face down in a grid and are only turned over when a player comes to a stop with his figure on them. If the garbage depicted on it is exposed a total of three times, it is considered collected and chips are placed on it. If a player moves on and there is no other figure on the card, it must be turned over again - but the waste depicted should be remembered. Time is breathing down the players' necks. If a player rolls the dice, the hand must be turned forward by one hour. So you can't dawdle or stop off at the wellness temple. The Olchis are transported to the spa when they uncover a voucher card for it. The game ends as soon as there is an Olchi chip on each of the waste cards before the clock strikes 12. Then the players have won together and saved the Schmuddelfingen garbage dump.
