Key Account Manager – France (f/w/d)

Your job description & responsibilities

  • Growing the business in France in line with the company strategy and budget plan
  • Develop and win new national multiple account business
  • Gain profitable sales and achieve budgets and targets
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Maximise sales and service including individual Customer attention and negotiation of best possible terms
  • Working closely with our international business development and marketing team
  • Coordinating activities with other departments at the headquarters, in order to ensure effective customer support
  • Multilingual support: the fluency of 2 languages (French and English) on communication level is essential

Your requirements

  • Open person and fosters a positive team environment and collaboration within the site
  • Approachable, cooperative, and a team player, easily gains the trust and support of Associates and peers
  • Several years of experience as a key account manager (f/m/d) within FMCG market
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong negotiating and analytical skills
  • First class planning and organisational skills
  • We expect fluent English and well written and spoken French skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages, German is a plus
  • Excellent office skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Driver's licence
