JELC has been appointed to develop and manage a new licensing programme for Barry M, the UK’s leading colour cosmetics company. Both companies feel the time is right to build on Barry M’s beautiful reputation and plans are underway to expand the iconic British fashion brand into such categories as apparel, accessories, bags, stationery and more.
Created in London in the early 1980s by Barry Mero as an affordable colour cosmetics range, Barry M’s products were at the forefront of youth fashion from the start. When young people wanted to be daring or dramatic his was the brand they turned to. From a cult name in the days of the New Romantics, Punks and Goths, Barry M is now one of the UK’s leading High Street cosmetics brands.
Barry M is truly British, manufacturing the vast majority of its products at its headquarters in Mill Hill, London. Barry M has never and will never test its products on animals and this, plus the high value and exciting choice provided by the brand, explains the evangelical support of its young female audience. |
