Social media expert joins the team at licensing specialist PR company

 

Kilogrammedia, the specialist PR and marketing agency for the licensing industry, has announced the appointment of a new member of staff with a remit to boost the company’s offering in the sector of social media.

Kilogrammedia has a wealth of experience and expertise in the licensing industry and provides PR and promotional solutions to licensors, licensees, agents and production companies across the world. University of Surrey graduate Amy Hodge has joined the team to manage the firm’s own social media output as well as offering expertise to clients on how best to utilise and develop their presence on sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.

“We want to offer our clients a service that covers all bases and that increasingly means that we have to be on the ball when it comes to social media, as it is becoming intrinsic to both trade and consumer PR,” explains Kilogrammedia co-director Jane Garner, “Amy will be key to our expanding social media offering and we are delighted to have her on board!”

“I’m thrilled to be taking on this new role,” adds Amy, “a social media presence is increasingly vital in business but it has to be managed and developed properly. I’m looking forward to using my skills and experience to help existing Kilogrammedia clients and forging relationships with new ones.”
