PRIS Video Acquires DVD Rights For VIPO 1 In Portugal

VIPO Land has closed a home entertainment license agreement with PRIS Audiovisuais S.A., based in Sao Joao da Madeira, Portugal. The product launch of the DVDs for “Adventures of the Flying Dog” in Portugal will start in June 2011. The TV series has been broadcast on Canal Panda in the past, new broadcasting contracts are in negotiation at the moment. This new agreement was mediated by Planeta Junior in Spain.

Kliksat GmbH (International Persian Kurdish TV Production) acquires worldwide TV rights for VIPO 1 in Farsi

Vipo Land has closed an agreement with Kliksat GmbH (International Persian Kurdish TV Production), based in Cologne, Germany. The channel acquired world-wide TV rights in Farsi language for the 1st series “VIPO – Adventures of the Flying Dog” and broadcasts since November 2009 via the satellite “Hotbird 13, deg. East”. The program is also integrated in the Glwiz internet platform with numerous channels which can also be seen on TV at home with a decoder.
