Viacom International Media Networks names new licensing heads
for Nickelodeon Consumer Products in Iberia and Latin America

To meet growing market demands in Latin America and Iberia, Nickelodeon Consumer Products International (NCPI), a division of Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN), is bolstering its consumer products team with the appointment of two new Vice Presidents in these burgeoning CP regions.

Cristian Cabero has been named Vice President, Consumer Products for Latin America and Jose Maria Cendra, Vice President, Consumer Products for Iberia.

Cendra and Cabero will oversee all licensing efforts in their respective territories around NCP's properties from MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central, including category expansion, property management and retail initiatives.

Based in Mexico City, Cabero will lead consumer product teams and direct agent and licensee relationships in Mexico, Brazil and across Latin America. Cabero reports to Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) LatAm COO, Scot McBride and brings extensive licensing and media experience in the Latin American markets to his new role, having previously worked for Walt Disney and Canal 13 among others.

Based in Madrid, Jose Maria Cendra will oversee Iberian based CP operations, including agent and licensees and has 25 years experience in working in FMCG and the service sector in Spain and Portugal, bringing with him deep knowledge of the local markets. Cendra dual reports to VIMN South SVP & General Manager, Raffaele Annecchino and Mike Connolly, SVP International Consumer Products, VIMN.
