Children all over the world love the stories of the cheeky Maya the Bee told in the books of Waldemar Bonsels and translated into more than 40 languages. On September 9th, 1976 the animation series premiered in Germany and has since been watched in more than 200 countries. The revived and modernized Maya the Bee in 3D (78 x11’) targeted at two to six year olds is currently in production by Studio 100 Animation S.A.S. in association with TF1 and ZDF, with Studio100 Media GmbH responsible for the international sales and distribution. |
