Japanese character, Angel Cat Sugar from the original creator of Hello Kitty is gaining more popularity in stores and social media. European agent still receives feedback and pictures from celebrities adoring this cute cat. Girls from the UK reality show Made in Chelsea, Alexandra ‘Binky’ Felstead and Gabriella Ellis were proudly showing their Angel Cat Sugar t-shirts. It seems that Angel Cat Sugar will appear in the reality show soon.
The Angel Cat Sugar brand has continued to grow in Europe. UK- licensees Smith & Brooks, Cooneen Textiles and Misirli UK Ltd. will launch their new apparel lines by early 2012, which will include upperwear, underwear and outerwear. Samuel Eden & sons already launched their sock and tights ranges during this year in the UK market. Other licensees working on Angel Cat Sugar in the UK are Fine Décor for wall decorations, Pyramid on gift stationery and posters, Amscan International for foil balloons and Trademark Collections on fashion bags.
Next to that, Bruno Productions recently appointed new licensees; Diagonal Design for teen apparel in Germany and Yaygan for back-to-school stationery and bags in Turkey. |
