VIPO TV series will be broadcast in Kazakhstan

LLP Satti Media Partners, based in Almaty, acquired the broadcasting rights for both VIPO TV series “Adventures of the Flying Dog” and “Surviving Time Island” for the Republic of Kazakhstan. The company will place the programs with local broadcasters. In the near future a Kazakh dubbed version of VIPO will start airing on Pay TV channel “Balapan”.

“VIPO - Adventures of the Flying Dog” on Onet portal in Poland

“VIPO – Adventures of the Flying Dog” (“VIPO odkrywa swiat”) is prominently featured on Poland’s internet portal Onet which was launched on June 1st, 2011 (World Children’s Day). Polish children can stream all 26 episodes of the first VIPO series. The series was recently also rerun on National TV station TVP1 and is currently broadcast on the popular children’s TV channel Minimini in Poland.

VIPO 1 on TV in Latvia from August 2011

Latvia’s National TV station LTV (“Latvijas Televizija”) has acquired the first TV series “VIPO – Adventures of the Flying Dog”. The broadcasting start is scheduled for this August 2011 already. The DVD collection of VIPO 1 has previously been published by Forum Cinemas / AS Rautakirja in the Baltic States.

RTV Slovenija extends broadcasting agreement for VIPO 1

Slovenia’s national broadcaster Radio Televizija Slovenija (RTV Slovenija) extended the broadcasting agreement for “VIPO – Adventures of the Flying Dog”. The first VIPO series has been aired regularly with success in weekly time slots since November 2009. The TV channel has now renewed this agreement to secure the Free TV broadcasting rights in Slovenia until 2015.

FINNKINO additionally acquires the DVD rights for VIPO 1

After acquiring the DVD rights for the new, 2nd VIPO series “Surviving Time Island”, Finland’s leading cinema and DVD distributor FINNKINO has now also added the first series “Adventures of the Flying Dog” to its home entertainment portfolio. The re-launch of these five DVDs is scheduled for February 2012, after the launch of the four DVDs of the new VIPO 2 program in November 2011. VIPO 1 has been aired successfully since 2008 on children’s TV station MTV 3 Juniori in Finland. The broadcasting start of VIPO 2 is scheduled for September 14th 2011 on the same channel.

Video clips for new VIPO 2 title song

Besides the 50 seconds version in the opening credits for the "Surviving Time Island with VIPO & Friends" TV episodes, the new VIPO 2 title track was also produced as a 2:20 full length song. The tune and lyrics were written by director Ido Angel, English vocals were recorded in two versions, by artists Anthony Zaro as well as Fabrizio Levita. The beautiful song clips are also available as sing-along and karaoke versions with text inserts and will be used for PR purposes, DVD bonus material etc.
