SpongeBob and Dora break ground in the Gulf and North Africa

Nickelodeon Consumer Products International has signed two groundbreaking deals for SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer in the Gulf States, the Levant and across North Africa.

The first deal with Fibertex Industries for a wide range of bedlinen, bedding and bathroom textiles, includes the first ever NCPI deal in the region for a 3D printed duvet cover in designs inspired by the two properties.

The collection will be sold in international retailers, for example Debenhams and Carrefour and local retailers such as Home Center and Lulu in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Yemen and Iraq, plus Lebanon and Jordan, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco.

Bringing a vast range of Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob SquarePants stationery to Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco, is Dubai Library.

The deal for the two properties covers from back-to-school items such as backpacks, lunchware and desk accessories to pens, pencils and crayons and the exercise books, note books and colouring books to use them in.
