Licensing New Europe Show Set For Russian Relocation!

Creata Ltd - organisers of the Licensing New Europe Show & Conference (LNE), which was due to take place in Croatia in November - has announced that the date and location of the show have been changed.

The show will now take place in Moscow in March 2012, with final dates set to be confirmed soon.

“This move has been prompted by sheer demand,” explains Creata Managing Director, Goran Krnjak, “licensors and agents we speak to are constantly looking for information about Russia and that is why we had a special focus on Russia and CIS lined up for this year’s show. However, given that it is such an important market within the New Europe region we took the decision to actually relocate the show to Moscow and give delegates the chance to become fully acquainted with the Russian licensing sector.”

What is now the Licensing Show Russia & CIS will carry on from where LNE has left off - promoting the role of licensing in the New Europe region, an area comprising 35 countries and with more than 400 million inhabitants across Central, Eastern and South-eastern Europe, Russia and CIS. Last year’s hugely successful event attracted more than 350 participants who took the opportunity to share their experience and knowledge with licensing industry professionals and specialists from New Europe. The show’s importance is reflected by the fact that it is the only licensing event in the region that has official LIMA representatives in attendance.

The Russian show will retain this year's programme of leading company and property presentations, screenings, panel discussions, workshops and educational sessions.
