LiveNation Is In Greater Demand Than Ever Before

Celebrities Entertainment - February 2012

The music bands of world’s largest live music merchandising project “LiveNation” are in greater demand than ever before. Since their launch almost eight years ago, Bad Homburg-based licensing agency Celebrities Entertainment have been marketing the rights to more than one hundred bands and artists from all areas and decades of music history: from classic rock to alternative, from metal to rap, pop, and soul, through to jazz.

Their large portfolio features major names from the world of music: AC/DC, KISS, 50 Cent, Pink Floyd, The Police, Sex Pistols, The Who, U2, and Run DMC...to name just a few.

Not only the 1980s celebrate their fashion comeback with colourful graphics and images of live performances on t-shirts, influenced by music from grunge to electro.

Also current bands like Shakira inspire girlie-like stationery and bags collections. In 2012, even trendsetting electro DJ Deadmau5 launches his own collection of consumer electronics.

However, this year’s massive hit product definitely comes from AC/DC. Following the successful introduction of AC/DC branded wine in Australia, this spring sees the German and international launch of officially licensed AC/DC premium beer.

As t-shirts have already been excessively licensed throughout Europe, Celebrities Entertainment is currently looking for licensees with a more creative approach. Loungewear, jackets, fashion bags as well as electronics and audio hardware are promising product categories and may be realized according to the taste of the intended target group.
