Bright Vision Entertainment acquires DVD rights for VIPO 1 and 2 in Benelux
Globe Edutainment has closed a DVD license agreement in Benelux with Bright Vision Entertainment Licensing B.V., based in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, for both TV series “Adventures of the Flying Dog” and “Surviving Time Island with VIPO & Friends” in Dutch language. 52 High Definition episodes and various bonus materials will be released on 9 DVDs. The market launch is in preparation for spring 2012 and will be accompanied by a TV spot campaign. Both TV series are successfully aired on vtmKzoom in Belgium. This new agreement was mediated by Vlaamse Media Maatschappij, Globe Edutainment’s Licensing Representative for Benelux. |

VIPO will fly with Brussels Airlines from March 2012
Globe Edutainment signed another agreement for in-flight rights, now with Brussels Airlines. From middle of March until end of August 2012 the episodes of “Amsterdam” and “China”, taken from the first TV series “Adventures of the Flying Dog”, will be part of the Belgian airline’s onboard program in Dutch and English language. Both VIPO TV series are currently also broadcast successfully on Belgium’s most popular children’s TV channel vtmKzoom. |

VIPO will fly with Polish airline LOT from March 2012
Globe Edutainment signed an agreement for in-flight rights with Polish airline LOT. From March 1st twelve different episodes of “Adventures of the Flying Dog” in Polish and English language will be part of LOT’s onboard program over a period of one full year, up to February 28th, 2013. The first VIPO TV series has also been broadcast on TV channels TVP1 and Minimini in Poland. |

Globe Edutainment signs Licensing Representation Agreement with All Media in Russia
Globe Edutainment signed a Licensing Representation Agreement with All Media, an agency based in Moscow, for the territory of Russia. The new partner company was launched in 2011, represents several strong brands and works with all major licensees and distributors as well as the leading TV channels and internet platforms in Russia and the CIS territories. Previous to this new agreement with All Media, both VIPO TV series have been acquired by Channel One Russia for broadcast on Karusel TV. |

Globe Edutainment signs license agreement for VIPO bed sheets and blankets with Sesli Tekstil in Turkey
Globe Edutainment has closed a license agreement for bed sheets and blankets with SESLI TEKSTIL SAN. TIC. AS., a company based in Usak, Turkey. The textiles will be branded with images from the first VIPO TV series. The design approval is currently in progress and the market launch is expected for May 2012. This new agreement was mediated by Miya Dis Tic Ltd,Globe Edutainment’s licensing representative in Turkey. | |
