Regarding the upcoming edition of the International Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, Grani & Partners’ CEO, Enrico Grani, announced: "Gormiti, Dino Froz, Hello Kitty, Ben 10, the Smurfs and Dragon Ball are the licenses that have brought us most success in the promotions field; we plan to keep focusing on these assets, offering gadget collections based on totally new concepts and materials and developed in association with our Hong Kong R&D department.

We are working to expand our catalogue of Hello Kitty-licensed products, which currently already includes over a hundred different articles, while, as far as the world of two and four wheelers goes, we are busy researching new Moto GP and Ferrari branded promotional products, rights for which we obtained the worldwide license from Dorna and the renowned Maranello-based car manufacturer.

Today, due to ever growing ferment in the loyalty and promotional market, we are working in two main directions: on the one hand, we are examining really innovative product lines, which will respond to the new fashions and trends dictated by the - often unpredictable - market of young and very young consumers, while on the other hand, our licensing department has been working for some time on expanding the range of licences acquired for promotional campaigns.

Recent Grani & Partners initiatives include the two spring promotions designed specially for Granarolo, which involved teaming licensed Animal Planet and Cartoon Network stickers sold together with, respectively, one-litre bottles of fresh milk and Yomino yoghurts.

Our pluses in the promotions industry stem firstly from our thirty years of experience in the field and secondly from our membership of one of the world's leading toy manufacturing groups, which - among its many other advantages - allows us to secure the most exciting licenses for the coming months well ahead of time.

It is also worth mentioning, though, that Grani & Partners has recently created some of its own collectables brands, which have already proved popular in the newsagent distribution world. The company is now ready to use these brands with different promotional projects, which can be adapted to specific corporate customer requirements and offer the further attraction of much lower costs. Among these are Calamiticars, magnetically powered 3D cars, Jewels of the Heart, pendants featuring semiprecious stones, and MUMs, a collection of 36 likeable 3D monsters associated with the MUM Invasion app for iPhones and iPod 4Gs, which was among the top 100 free apps downloaded just three days after its publication on i-Tunes and is also available in English for foreign countries.
