For our Consumer Products Team in Berlin, Germany, we are recruiting, initially limited to 24 months, a

Licensing Sales Manager (f/m)

Just the right job for you:
  • Plan, develop and implement local strategy for key categories like Publishing, Toys & Games, Food & Beverages and Consumer Electronics, with Licensing Sales Director Nickelodeon / Viacom Consumer Products Germany, Switzerland, Austria
  • Negotiate and manage implementations of licensing deals
  • Identify key growth accounts and partners and appropriate business models to deliver profitable revenue to Nickelodeon GSA
  • Work closely with assigned licensees to develop the business and maximise sales
  • Planning and controlling of revenue goals in any category and quarterly reporting
  • Ensure that yearly financial sales targets are achieved or exceeded on defined categories
That‘s why we want you:
  • Relevant university or bachelor degree or equivalent qualification, e.g. in business studies, communications or media
  • At least 3 years professional experience in Licensing Sales and/or Product Management with main focus on kids or media
  • Knowledge of licensing industry (business models, processes, network)
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests with strong problem solving drive
  • Fluency in English and German
