A classic from the seventies, “Maya the Bee” has been broadcast since that era in almost every country in Europe. Its long-term TV presence has led to numerous successful licensed products and events. Now, adding a new dimension to her life and taking a leap to CGI, via a production by Studio 100 Animation in association with TF1 and ZDF, Maya is spreading the buzz internationally.

On the consumer products side, one of the particularity of the Group is to initiate, source and sell its own merchandise under its Studio100 brand. The company has developped its specific Maya branded product range with the recent opening of its own trading office in Hong-Kong (Samson International Trading Ltd). The group makes plush, boardgames and many other items that are now available for international distribution.

Already developping and offering hundreds of Studio 100’s own products mostly in Germany and Benelux, the group pursues its strategy by finding international distributors.

Studio 100 International is therefore proud to announce an agreement with TM Toys and ALL TOYS in Central Eastern Europe. Maya being particularly popular in CEE, it's a great opportunity for the group to expand its scope. These first distribution agreements set the ground for the company to settle its presence in CEE and become in the future a major toys & games supplier in this dynamic region.

Studio 100 joins forces with TM Toys SP. Z O.O. and Alltoys, spol. s r.o. in distribution agreements of its merchandising in CEE. TM Toys will be distributor for Poland and Hungary, while Alltoys will deal with Czech Republic and Slovakia. They will be selling to toy stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, drug stores and wholesalers.

These partnerships will allow a key range of Studio 100’s Maya merchandising products to hit shelves as of Autumn 2012, including Maya plush.

ALLTOYS:
Company Alltoys ltd. was founded in 1992. Company works as a retailer and a wholesaler of toys in Czech and Slovak republics. Company´s central office is based in Všechromy u Prahy. In addition to wholesale activities the company operates its own retail chain under the brand name BAMBULE KRÁLOVSTVÍ HRAČEK. In past two years the chain has extended through franchise cooperation as BAMBULE PARTNER in smaller cities around the country. In Slovak Republic the central Alltoys office is located in Prievidza - central Slovakia. Retail chain in Slovak Republic is branded under the brand name Alltoys. Product portfolio of the company contains all major world brands, toys made in Czech Republic, European products as well as wide range of toys imported from Far East.
