Copyright Promotions Licensing Group (CPLG), one of the world’s leading entertainment and sport licensing agencies, wholly owned by DHX Media, has launched a complete rebrand and new website today: www.cplg.com

Following an unprecedented research review with its key clients, CPLG has refined and solidified it’s positioning as a leading player in the field of licensing with an overhaul of its own corporate image. CPLG has managed the licensing and merchandising rights for some of the principal entertainment, sports and consumer goods brands for almost 40 years, including clients such as 20th Century Fox, Activision, Dreamworks Animation, Power Rangers, St Andrews Links and the RFU (Rugby Football Union).

An important component in the rejuvenation of the business, the brand refresh signals the first in a number of key developments taking place at the company. CPLG has recently appointed Peter Byrne as its CEO, who is spearheading the company’s growth and expansion initiatives.

Commenting on the rebrand, Peter Byrne, CEO of CPLG, says: “All great brands evolve over time and as we are approaching our 40th Anniversary next year, we felt it was appropriate to refresh our corporate identity to more accurately reflect what we do, and more importantly the way that we do it. The research we did was very clear, we have a unique approach to licensing, our very own Expert Common Sense.”
