A stunning app that reflects the brand values of the global hit CGI TV series

 

Studio 100 today announces that, in cooperation with mixtvision DIGITAL, it is launching the official app "Maya the Bee: Flower Party" on 5th December 2013 internationally in 10 different languages: English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese.

The entertaining and engaging collection of mini-games within the app centres around the endearing popularity of Maya, her friends & their adventures. The app is targeted towards Maya fans but will also appeal to young children who enjoy exploring new virtual worlds and is available on all popular mobile devices.

In the six mini-games, players accompany Maya and popular characters from the renowned TV series: Willy, Flip and Ben. Each individual game stimulates different educational areas such as colour and shape perception, understanding of numbers, musical sense, skillfulness and memory.

The design of the app consistently ties in with the vibrant and artistic brand values of the CGI animation; the up-to-date 3D art of the app’s design aligns with the user-friendly and parental safety features.

Maya the Bee has been an international broadcasting success for over 35 years. In 2012, the new CGI 3D TV series launched with an initial 78 episodes. It has been sold to 133 countries and translated into more than 20 languages. Following the huge success of the new TV series, Maya the Bee will make an appearance on the big screen as a movie in 2014.
