Beating Raab gets child’s play

Ravensburger - März 2014

Still looking for unusual, extraordinary activities for your child’s birthday party? Not too expensive, not too time-consuming, but unforgettable? Now Ravensburger launches “Schlag den Raab Kids” to the German market, a games compendium that provides tremendous fun with trivia games, dexterity games, and action games to the famous TV show by Stefan Raab.

Classic games from the show like “Blamieren oder Kassieren” (Look like a winner, look like a fool) or new games like “Chipschnipp” (Flip the chip), “Hut-auf-Lauf” (Don-the-hat race) and “Nasenrasen” (Nose rush): 30 different games for children aged 8+ turn any birthday party into a highly entertaining event. You have to solve conundrums, toss pancakes made of cardboard and move balls from one cup to the next only by blowing on it. Large groups split up in teams; smaller groups may challenge the birthday child. Points are awarded to the winners of each game. Those who win most points, win the game.

The games compendium is perfect equipment for birthdays and parties for children of various ages. Rules are age-appropriate; playing length and level of difficulty are adaptable. What is more, with over 1,000 questions children playfully acquire valuable knowledge. The children’s edition is compatible with all three adult versions of Schlag den Raab. Thus junior Schlag den Raab fans may even challenge their parents.

Schlag den Raab Kids is a diversified, entertaining compendium of games for two to eight children aged 8+. It hit retail shelves throughout Germany in March 2014 at a SRP of app. 33 Euros.
