Qello, an on-demand streaming service, acquired the non-exclusive rights to stream both VIPO seasons 1 and 2 on the Q Kids/Qello platforms via IPTV, applications for mobile and non-mobile devices, gaming consoles and Networks. The programs will be available worldwide in English.

Hoopla, US on-demand Internet streaming media service acquired the non-exclusive TVoD Rights to both VIPO seasons 1 and 2 as well as the feature film, “Adventures on Time Island with VIPO and Friends”. Hoopla is an innovative new service that partners with local public libraries to enable patrons to borrow movies, audiobooks and music online. The service is free to the user, and only the library pays a fee. A hoopla app is available to download on iOS and Android devices.

VIPO Land Inc. signed a Distribution Agreement with Publish on Demand Global, LLC based in Houston, Texas. PODG provides non-exclusive, commission only, distribution and marketing service for eBooks and e-commerce systems on networks around the world. Both seasons VIPO 1 and 2 will be available for distribution.

Perinola Productions & Contents, Inc., based in Miami, USA acquired the Exclusive Terrestrial Free TV rights to Broadcast VIPO Seasons 1 and 2 on TeleAragua, a regional TV broadcaster in Venezuela. The three year license period started on the 1st of August 2014 and the programs will be broadcast in Natural Latin Spanish.

Weigl Publishers Inc, based in New York USA, signed a co-publishing agreement with VIPO Land to produce 12 Animated Storytime titles based on 12 episodes from the first and second VIPO Series. The Animated Storytime titles will allow online access to the animated video, along with key words and quiz activities. The publications will be distributed in North America and its territories until August 2020.

Feskom Oyuncak ve Kitap Dagitim A.S., based in Istanbul Turkey, signed an Exclusive License Agreement with VIPO Land Inc. to produce ten Video Books based on the first season of “VIPO – Adventures of the Flying Dog”. The launch date is set for September 2014. The deal was brokered by Miya Dis Tic Ltd, VIPO Land Inc.'s representative in Turkey.

VIPO Land signed an agreement with MCD Televizyon Yayincilik A.S, based in Istanbul Turkey for Exclusive Free TV rights via Satellite and Cable TV. MCD renewed their existing agreement for VIPO 1 and also acquired rights for VIPO 2. The series will be broadcast on Kids/Animez TV in Turkish starting on the 1st of October 2014. The deal was brokered by Miya Dis Tic Ltd, VIPO Land Inc.'s representative in Turkey.
