Bandai S.A. changes its distribution and marketing structure in the German-speaking markets

Stadlbauer Marketing + Vertrieb GmbH will become distribution partner in Germany and Austria

Bandai S.A. has announced that the Japanese action toys specialist will adapt a new strategy and change its distribution and marketing structure in the German-speaking markets. Therefore, Bandai GmbH, Frankfurt am Main will discontinue the distribution of the Bandai products for Bandai S.A. as of March 31, 2015. As of April 1, 2015 Stadlbauer Marketing + Vertrieb GmbH, Salzburg will take over distribution and marketing of the Bandai products in Germany and Austria.

The established sales and marketing team at Bandai GmbH will take care of the current business until March 31, 2015 and will ensure availability of the well-known Bandai products and of the new Disneys Baymax product range.

The first joint project of the Japanese toy manufacturer and Stadlbauer GmbH will be the next season of the action toys license Power Rangers, which has been a success for over 20 years, in autumn 2015; it will be presented at Stadlbauer Marketing + Vertriebs GmbH booth for the first time at the Toy Fair 2015 in Nuremberg.
