From 1 May, 2015, Coppenrath takes over the exclusive distribution, in Germany, Austria and Luxemburg, of the Liontouch brand for the Danish producer Visiodan. Liontouch produces soft-EVA swords, shields and helmets as well as other dressing-up items. Both companies have been business partners for many years, which will be enhanced by the new distribution cooperation.

“We are looking forward to including the high-quality EVA items and dressing-up sets of Liontouch into our distribution assortment. They are a perfect addition to our own product portfolio”, says Hubert Bergmoser, sales manager of Coppenrath. The sales start with the delivery of the new autumn catalogues during the middle of May 2015.

Visiodan gained a strong distribution partner with Coppenrath, who has developed a perfect distribution network, not only with their wide range of books, but also with their toys and gifts ranges. The Liontouch products will be delivered from the Coppenrath distribution centre in Horstmar.

Founded in 1995, the Danish company Visiodan specializes in the production of EVA items for kids and made a name for themselves particularly with EVA swords. With Liontouch the company established its own brand that sells high-quality costumes and EVA items like swords, shields and crowns for kids. The Coppenrath publishing company in Münster in Westphalia, with its well-known characters like Princess Lillifee, Felix the rabbit and Capt’n Sharky, is one of the leading children’s books publishing companies in Germany. The company was one of the first to develop a non-book range next to its book program. With the Spiegelburg edition , the company continues to follow its philosophy to establish a playful link to the book ranges.
