With “Amusement Park” and “Fin” Paramount Pictures want to launch even two blockbuster movies onto the silver screen in 2017. Humour, creativity, and great plots offer smart entertainment topped off by high-quality animation art.

For “Amusement Park” Bob Bacon came on board as Head of Production, accompanied by Lenso Disalvo as Head of Creative. The film is directed by Dylan Brown, to whom we owe films like “Finding Nemo” and “Ratatouille”. The story: A girl discovers a long-forgotten adventure park and befriends the left-behind, almost-wild animals. Together they want to re-open the park and re-invent it as a major attraction – a thing that only a child and a pack of animals might achieve.

The film “Fin” is a journey to the world below sea level. The orphan baby orca Fin is brought up by shellfish within the safety of an atoll – just like a slightly different sort of giant crab. When he later meets orca Kaya, he realizes that he has to make a decision. A kind of “The Ugly Duckling” story under water – and definitely great cinema!
