Happy Easter for little confectioners, natural scientists, and dragon tamers

KOSMOS - February 2016

Easter can be so much more than just the traditional egg hunt and Easter brunch! Have you ever wondered what Easter bunnies do in their free time? What animals can be found on your hunt for the Easter basket? And what else hides inside eggs? And above else, what can you do with all the Easter chocolate? The colourful KOSMOS range provides answers to all those questions.

What should you do with all the Easter chocolate?

Thanks to the Schoko-Werkstatt (Chocolate Workshop) junior confectioners may create their own favourite chocolate candies. They use their chocolatier fork to dip nuts and cookies into melted chocolate, carefully fill casting moulds, and learn quite a lot about chocolate in general.

Beware of greedy bunnies!

As Easter is only once a year, Easter bunnies usually have a lot of free time that bunny Ratzeputz mostly spends on eating carrots. He loves to nick colourful carrots from other gardens. So watch out! In this cooperative memory game junior gardeners would like to reap their 3D carrots themselves. And they want to reap as many as possible. Try to stay one step ahead of Ratzeputz.

Easter basket hunt turns into creepy-crawly safari

Fully equipped with spoon net, magnifier, research station, and classification guide you turn a simple Easter egg hunt into a real creepy-crawly safari. Thus young natural scientists learn which colours insects prefer and what earthworms’ whispers sound like.

Dragons hatch from eggs, too

From which egg has he hatched?” Now things have finally become clear for Felix Blume: He is a dragon! After all, those also hatch from eggs and what else might his father have meant? Now his mission is obvious: He has to protect his family from all the dragons that besiege their home. The more so, as he is the only one who is able to see the creatures. Drachenzähne tun nicht weh (Dragons’ teeth don’t hurt) is a warm-hearted, witty story about a very special boy. And about a family that leaves ample room for imagination.
