Johannes Walzer has joined m4e AG as Head of Finance & Controlling m4e - June 2016

 
On May 1, 2016 Johannes Walzer has taken over the new position of Head of Finance & Controlling at m4e AG and the m4e group. Previously, he has worked as finance director at Refined Labs GmbH in Munich. Johannes Walzer succeeds m4e’s previous chief financial officer and founding member Michael Büttner who left the company for personal reasons and retired from all executive duties. Nevertheless, Büttner will continue to act as a consultant to the company.

Walzer successfully completed his studies of business management at the University of Passau obtaining his Masters Degree in Business Administration. He started his professional career in 2009 in a larger multidisciplinary attorney-, tax lawyer- and chartered accountant office in Munich, where he gained profound knowledge in the fields of brand management and licensing business. Since 2014 he effectively headed the commercial sector of the Munich-based company Refined Labs GmbH – a leading provider of performance marketing solutions.
