Mads Nipper New Executive Vice President, LEGO Markets & Products

Having been with the LEGO Group for seven years, Mr. Henrik Poulsen has accepted an offer to join Capstone, a team of executives who work exclusively with companies owned by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., one of the world's leading private equity firms. He will leave his current position as Executive Vice President, LEGO Markets & Products at the end of September.

As per October 1, Mr. Mads Nipper will take over the position vacated by Henrik Poulsen. Mads Nipper is presently Senior Vice President of the company’s development area, Product & Marketing Development, which is part of the Markets & Products business area.

Markets & Products is responsible for the LEGO Group’s global product development, marketing and sales to retailers.
