The Supervisory Board of Zapf Creation AG and Dr. Georg Kellinghusen, CEO and CFO of Zapf Creation AG, have agreed that Dr. Kellinghusen will resign from office and leave the company as of now. Dr. Kellinghusen had been CFO since February 15, 2006 and was also appointed CEO on June 19, 2006. Mr. Thomas Pfau, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, will take over his board functions in an interim capacity. The Supervisory Board intends to appoint a successor without delay. |
