Kannste knicken?

Schmidt Spiele - January 2021

Even more fun from the "Klein & Fein" series

Connect all the destinations with a network of crosses - the first person to achieve this on their game sheet is the winner of "Kannste Knicken". Sounds simple? Certainly, if only there weren't a large number of targets on the back of the sheet. To reach them with the crosses, the players have to combine and fold cleverly - always with the progress of the other players firmly in mind. Because only the fastest wins the game. The new Roll & Write game from the successful authors Klaus-Jürgen Wrede and Ralph Querfurth expands the popular "Klein & Fein" series from Schmidt Spiele this spring.

Dice, cross, bend - in "Kannste Knicken" up to four players aged eight and up try to reach all the goals faster than the others. Each player receives a sheet of paper, a pencil and off they go. As soon as the dice are rolled, the active player gets to choose one of the two results. The other die is at the free disposal of the remaining players. Now the clever crosses begin: Each player enters the number of dice as rows of crosses on his or her sheet, whereby some conditions must be observed - for example, they must always connect to existing start-end points of the path network and run in a straight line. It is therefore necessary to work your way to the targets faster than the others, but most of them are located on the back of the sheets. To get to them, the players must reach intermediate goals. The more they achieve, the bigger the corner that can be turned - and that gives a player attractive permanent bonuses. Only the player who cleverly crosses, bends and finds the right mix can be the first to cross off all the targets and win.

The novelty from the "Klein & Fein" series can be played in several levels, which provide variety and high voltage, as well as in the solo variant.
