LICENSING SPECIALIST / MERCHANDISING
Position: based in Velizy, France (southwest of Paris) Reports to: Business Development Manager, Europe Countries to work with: Europe, North America
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishment of high quality licensing and merchandising deals under Blizzard license
- Investigation of European countries for new potential partners
- Contract negotiation with partners including pricing and terms
- Follow up on order placement, production planning and logistics
- Co-operation with sales force and distributors in Europe
- Co-operation with marketing and customer service for internal sales of licensed products
- Creation of detailed status reports
- Other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. of 2 years experience in licensing and merchandising
- Experience in the gaming industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Large sourcing and merchandising network
- Experience in negotiating contracts and familiar with retailing business
- Quality and brand assurance skills
- Strong motivation and high level of commitment
- Conscientious and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English
PLUSES
- A passion for MMORPG's and very good knowledge of Blizzard games and universe
- Knowledge of other EU languages
- Creative ability and feel for visual layout
