REVELL - September 2007

Easy-to-assemble for beginners, perfect for collectors. In the last two years the Star Wars Starfighters have filled model makers with wild enthusiasm. Due to the continuing demand and on occasion of the 30th anniversary of the very first Star Wars Movie, Revell , Revell launches four new star ships from episode IV to VI to add to their existing Star Wars range in early October. Just like the others, the new model kits are also fully painted snap model kits – quickly assembled without glue.

The Y-Wing Fighter is regarded as one of the most durable and reliable fighters in the galaxy. The Slave I is used in episode V “The Empire Strikes Back” by bounty hunter Boba Fett to track down and capture his quarry. A particular feature of this star ship is its vertical flight even at a speed fully comparable to that of the Y-wing fighter. The imposing At-At Walker is made by the Imperial Ministry of Defence for ground assaults. On the ice planet Hoth the rebels used their modified T-47 Airspeeders, known as Snowspeeders, to hold the approaching At-Ats at bay.
