Since his TV debut in 2006, the Little Red Tractor has become one of the most popular TV programmes for preschoolers in Germany. Hundreds of thousands of children regularly watch the adventures of Farmer Stan and his bright-red tractor on KI.KA. And the KI.KA has something special up the sleeve for Christmas: An Online Advent Calendar – The Little Red Tractor and many other popular KI.KA characters are waiting to surprise their little fans with new exciting products each day.

In early November, Universum Film GmbH released the fourth sequel of the Little Red Tractor on DVD, CD and MC to the German market, accompanied by large-scale PR activities. Already in spring 2008 fans may enjoy the fifth sequel of the colourful adventures with Farmer Stan and the Little Red Tractor.

From 1 December the Little Red Tractor will be part of the Online Advent Calendar by KI.KA. with DVDs, card games and mini books: The children’s channel will stage daily competitions with exciting prizes around the popular red tractor.

Last year the Advent Calendar was an overwhelming success with more than 2 million hits and an average of 7000 children in each competition. The channel expects equally high figures for 2007. Various activities and products from the KI.KA world brought joy to children last year. Obviously, this year’s event cannot happen without the Little Red Tractor!
