ProSieben is cool, ARD/ZDF are out
While the ARD ranks eighth, the ZDF doesn’t even reach the top ten: When teenager aged 12 to 19 are asked for their favourite TV channel, things don’t look good for public broadcasting stations. According to the JIM research 2007 (Youth, Information, Multimedia), ProSieben enjoys even greater popularity among the 18- to 19-year-olds. 43% name ProSieben their first choice TV channel.
Most popular shows are "The Simpsons" (ProSieben), followed by "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten" (RTL). Rank 3 to 5 take "Galileo" (ProSieben), "Alles was zählt" (RTL) and "Desperate Housewives" (ProSieben). |
