TV-Loonland AG today announces that as part of its ongoing restructuring program the Group has given notice, for a date later in the summer, to nine members of its 15 person-staff currently employed in its Munich office.

The Group has undertaken this restructuring step now so that its future shape across its offices better reflects its ongoing business.

This follows on from both its debt restructuring exercise and debt for equity swap as previously announced. Meanwhile, TV-Loonland continues to be in discussion on the sale of its UK Film Distribution business Metrodome besides other company assets, to pay back all debts in the first half of 2008.

TV-Loonland´s Licensing and Merchandising business continues its steady growth with the LITTLE PRINCESS master-toy-range launched to trade at Toy Fairs in London and Nuremberg and the recent slate of broadcasting deals for its new comedy show Pat & Stan, which will surely be followed by various Licensing announcements soon.
