Start Licensing secures deal for Paladone Products to produce ranges of Brainiac and Beano novelty gifts and gadgets

Paladone Products Limited, the innovative novelty gift supplier, has been appointed the first licensee to produce a range of Brainiac and Beano novelty gifts and gadgets. The products will be available throughout leading high street stores, including Littlewoods, Grattans, Freemans and Debenhams.

Brainiac is the multi award winning Sky One show that is hosted by Vic Reeves and Jon Tickle and revels in scientific mayhem and tackling the mysteries of science. The Beano is the children’s magazine published by DC Thomson and features iconic characters such as Dennis the Menace.

Start Licensing, one of the UK’s top licensing agencies and representative for DC Thomson and Sky secured the deal with Paladone and will continue to manage the relationship between the new licensee and two licensors. The retail prices for the Brainiac products will range between £4.99-£19.99 and £3.99-£30 for the Beano range.
