Finnish broadcaster MTV3 secures pay TV rights from EM.Entertainment

EM.Entertainment GmbH has agreed a perennial licensing contract within the pay TV sector with MTV3 – Finland's biggest commercial channel. The exclusive program package for the Finnish market encompasses cartoon classic Maya the Bee, as well as other programs from the EM.Entertainment library – including Dragon Hunters, The Busy World of Richard and F.T.P.D. – Fairy Tale Police Department. The shows will be broadcast on children’s channel Sub Juniori. The pay TV channel was launched by MTV3 in November 2006.

Sub Juniori is a channel just for children. The channel's primary target group is children aged 4-9, the secondary target being 6-12 year olds. Juniori offers a large variety of childrens' programming from classic animations to the newest international brands, as well as domestic live action series and a children's movie each week. The channel runs daily from 6am to 8pm with a selection of high quality children’s programming, in addition to the MTV3 weekend slot for children and Sub's morning hour from Monday to Friday.
