5th Kazachok Licensing Forum in Paris – A Striking Success

Kazachok - 3. Juni 2008

Splendid weather and high spirits on 20 May 2008 made the 5th Licensing Forum in Paris an overwhelming success.

Organisers Kazachok and LSA presented a perfect licensing show at a first-class venue. Despite relatively high entrance fees the event left nothing to be desired and is definitely one of Europe’s leading licensing events.

Just a short walk from the city centre of Paris, but surrounded by green nature in Bois de Boulogne, the French Licensing Forum took place in the large halls of the Pré Catelan. 41 high-profile exhibitors had much to offer to the more than 600 licensing professionals that came to Paris from France, Spain, Italy, the UK and even Japan. A well-balanced programme was perfectly topped off by eight conferences and 20 individual presentations, but still left enough time and space for individual talks at the carefully arranged outside facilities or the appealing exhibitors’ booths. The restaurant’s Michelin awarded “Three-star Cuisine” catered for a constant stream of delicious canapés, sweet desserts and champagne that held up the high spirit among visitors as well as exhibitors.

Bernd Conrad, Head of Licensing & Merchandising, TV-Loonland, one of the exhibitors from Germany: “Kazachok Forum 2008 revealed the great spirit of licensing business in France. – More than 40 exhibitors came to Paris to showcase their services and licenses in a wonderful atmosphere. Hardly any licensor would have wanted a larger booth. In addition to the ‘Brand Licensing Europe’, the ultimate must-attend event in London, the show in Paris has become another good example of a grand local licensing event.”

41 exhibitors showcased their portfolio:
