In the USA any incident reported to the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) automatically initiates product recalls. Of course, we took all measures necessary and also increased the frequency of sample controls in Germany but did not find any evidence of product failure. For 70 year HABA has been standing for high quality and safety. We carefully choose natural materials, apply highest product standards and constantly revise our rules and regulations – to make sure, you can always trust in our brand.” Part one of this recall involves the following items in which incidents were reported; however, no injuries occurred. 0972 Lucy Clutching Toy Part two of this recall is a proactive decision by HABA in light of the similar design of these toys to the above toys being recalled.
