Meteor and The Mighty Monster Trucks – Shifting Gears, the third DVD release in the series from Brandissimo!, is a winner in the Home Video/DVD category of the prestigious 2009 iParenting Excellent Products call, it was announced by David Snyder, CEO. iParenting Media Awards Reviewers said: “My children loved the monster characters. At their age, a monster truck is a very ‘cool thing!’ My children were able to identify with each character whether it was as themselves or someone else in their family or life. The story lines taught such great lessons to children. My child identified with the episode where the little trucks overheard an adult conversation and drew their own conclusion to what the parents were talking about.” “It is a great little short story movie with great graphics!! There were several stories with lots of learning. There were stories about problem-solving and learning about feelings of others. Also, there were lessons about telling your parents your whereabouts when you are supposed to be at a certain place. Lastly, they learned about telling the truth and following rules. This was a good movie for the little ones to watch and learn from.” “My preschool age children enjoyed watching this video though they thought that it was for their older brothers! It did keep their attention and had cute characters and bright colored animation. I also felt that it was educational and fun at the same time.
