Victoria Francés The greatly anticipated new book series from leading iconic artist!

MISTY CIRCUS by Victoria Francés will be presented by Norma Editorial at the next edition of the Salón Internacional del Cómic de Barcelona, the 27th edition of the acclaimed annual international comic fair, 29th May to 1st June 2009.

Favole, in 3 volumes, was her first publication, books with gothic poems and illustrations. An instant best seller in Spain, France, Germany, Italy and the United States.

Victoria will attend the comic fair, to the delight of her fans, and will be signing books and exhibiting her original artwork published in her new book.

Norma Editorial is proud to present Misty Circus, her new work, and her most personal creation. A new series in 5 volumes, with some gothic reminiscences, but mostly tenderness and magical themes, presented in a format similar to classic children’s storybooks. The story introduces Sasha, a misunderstood orphan who feels different to everybody else. One day, he decides to leave his orphanage and finds in the middle of a forest, the Misty Circus. He brings along his inseparable cat and finds a magical place where, perhaps, he will find happiness.
