Breakthrough Films & Television announced today that production has started on a second season of Think Big, a kids reality series that follows the world’s most innovative youngsters as they create new inventions for everyday life. Thirteen half-hour episodes are scheduled to premiere on TVO, Knowledge and SCN Networks in Canada later this year. Think Big is a jam-packed, fun and entertaining series that follows the world’s most innovative kids as they create and invent new toys, games, learning tools, websites and modes of transportation. Some of them even start their own company! The series is loaded with wacky invention ideas, fun facts and do-it-yourself tips that will inspire young viewers to be creative and believe in their ideas. “The bright young inventors and entrepreneurs we meet in Think Big show that big ideas often come in small packages,” says Patricia Ellingson, TVO's Creative Head of Children's Media, Content & Programming. “The series sparks creativity and imagination in the young viewer, and demonstrates where initiative, problem solving and determination can lead you. These are valuable skills kids need to succeed in school and in life. Think Big, like every show we air in our TVOKids block, is all about making kids think while having fun.
