Joy Tashjian Marketing Group, LLC (JTMG) has appointed Lisa Napolitano as Director of Sales and Retail and Heather Cavalli as Product Development &Administration Coordinator, it was announced today by Joy Tashjian, President.

Ms. Napolitano joins JTMG with a very extensive background in strategic marketing, licensing and retail business development within the consumer packaged goods industry. She brings over 25 years experience with top companies such as Disney Consumer Products, Master Foods and Levi Strauss & Company.

Prior to joining JTMG, Ms. Cavalli worked for NBC Universal’s Business Affairs department, specifically in the licensing area. She also has over ten years of experience working in law firms as a paralegal. She worked at the largest law firm in Central Florida - Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A as well as the Osceola County Courthouse as a Court Clerk.
