KOSMOS Experimental Kit: Mein Körper einfach erklärt

KOSMOS - July 2009

Mein erster Experimentierkasten – Mein Körper einfach erklärt

In addition to mathematics, German and English children at German schools should learn more about health, said medical professor Dietrich Grönemeyer in the parent’s magazine “Schule+Familie”. “Children know a lot about computers, mobile phones and cars”, said the brother of the German star singer Herbert Grönemeyer. “Only their own body remains a secret to them.”

Now KOSMOS helps children aged 5+ to discover and understand the most important functions of their own body. By the way, what exactly is a fingerprint? An exciting question for preschool children - and just one of more than 25 experiments from "Mein erster Experimentierkasten: Mein Körper einfach erklärt" (My first experimental kit: My body – Easy-to-understand). A do-it-yourself stethoscope enables children to listen to their insides. What is more, KOSMOS also provides an experiment to discover children’s sense of balance. So the experimental kit appeals to all senses – in the truest sense of the word! The experimental kit will be available throughout Germany from August at an SRP of Euros 19.99.
