Little Star Creations secures Waybuloo and Big and Small as latest major license deals and introduces unique licensed product

Holland Publishing’s character imprint, Little Star Creations, announces two new major license deals secured with CBeebies hit shows. This specially branded range will produce creative play sets for Waybuloo fans and the new magnetic height chart featuring Big and Small.

The imprint specialises in FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified children’s publishing and other associated product including licensed character headphones specifically designed for young children.

Waybuloo has enjoyed strong ratings success since its premiere on CBeebies in May 2009. The preschool series is produced by The Foundation, part of the RDF Media Group and offers a mix of animation and live action. Little Star Creations will be producing new creative play sets launching in 2010 which will include stickers and other cut out and pop out activities that will be designed to appeal to the shows’ increasing number of preschool fans.

Big and Small, featuring the voice of Lenny Henry, has been a huge hit with parents and children since premiering on Cbeebies last October. Its combination of humour, friendship and a positive message about seeing things from other perspectives has been taken into the audience’s heart. Big and Small’s magnetic height chart will also form a new addition to Little Star Creations’ expanding children’s portfolio. Other magnetic height charts in this exciting new range includes Bang on the Door’s Groovy Chick with others to be announced soon.
