Target Entertainment Group has signed a host of new licensing deals for two PlayStation® software IPs (intellectual properties): LittleBigPlanet™ and Ratchet and Clank®. Eaglemoss Publishing Group Ltd has signed a licence to produce a series of mini figurines based on Sackboy from LittleBigPlanet™, each with themed clothes and accessories. They will also producing a series of stickers and sticker albums. The deal covers UK and Eire, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) appointed Target as the consumer product licensing agent for PlayStation® software IPs in April 2009. Helen Howells, global brand director at Target Entertainment Group said: “We are really pleased to have such great licensees on board working with us to develop our kids strategy across both of these very successful gaming franchises....and this is just the beginning!” |
