New exhibitors from five areas of licensing will be present at the Kazachok Licensing Forum 2010. World-famous lollipop-brand Chupa Chups introduce their design-orientated and colourful lifestyle licensing programme, while licensing agency Planeta Junior plan to extend the reach of their licensed products including Maya the Bee. FitzRoy Media from the USA participate – the company specialized in entertainment brands for children like Secret Wings and Funny Face and licenses tailor-made for various new and future media platforms. In addition, worldwide operating media companies like Classic Media will promote a choice of famous, family-oriented franchises – Casper, Where’s Wally?, Lone Ranger, Lassie, Postman Pat – as well as exciting new global brands like Tinga Tinga Tales and Guess with Jess. The licensing department of Belgium-based Averbode Publishing focus on licensing opportunities for their Hopla brand. Also on floor: Bubbles Inc. from Switzerland, the company founded by Charlie Chaplin to protect, market and promote his images. Brand srl. Unipersonale from Italy advertise their fashion brands Frutta and Hooli. Among the French companies attending the show and expanding their international businesses are Procidis, the precursor of Edutainment, Monaco-based Marsu Productions, who focus on their key products for 2010/11 – Marsupilami and Gaston – , as well as the Branding Agency 2-Dream, who introduce their new licensing products Bella Zadore and The Pet Poets Clubs. The following renowned licensing providers once more attend the show: 4 Kids Entertainment, CPLG, Marathon Media, Mattel Brands Consumer Product, Moonscoop, FremantleMedia, Nickelodeon and Warner Bros. Consumer Products. On 8 and 9 April 2010 licensing companies, production studios, radio stations and broadcasters as well as publishers will come together at the large hall Freyssinet in the centre of Paris. As the first important industry event in the business calendar – with perfect timing, shortly after the book fair in Bologna and just before the MipTV and Las Vegas – the Kazachok Licensing Forum is the perfect event to steal a first glance at new licensed products, probe new licenses, arrange important business dates with pan-European partners and check strategies and priorities for the upcoming months. The Licensing Forum not only provides the perfect background for meetings and networking, but also features an outstanding conference programme in the mornings.
