Ministeck 2010 – Large, bright and colourful innovation...

ministeck - January 2010

Bricks: Ministeck set another milestone for their product range!

“Giant Builder” – that’s Ministeck’s new bricks for children aged 1+. Two sizes larger than original bricks, they provide ultimate fun for small hands. Six different bricks in bright colours inspire young engineers to architectural flights of imagination.

The new bricks are available in transparent carrier bags and various combinations or package sizes. The product range includes a starter set of 26 bricks, units of 48, 72 or 82 pieces and a mega-set in sports bag design containing 200 building bricks. In addition, Ministeck provides a range of various special packages: Giant Builders are also available in pop-up bins (72 pieces), sandpit carts (48 pieces), backpacks (55 pieces) or treasure chests (64 pieces).

And, of course, also the range of standard bricks has grown. Ministeck added another theme to their product offering. Individual traction engines, farm sets containing a tractor and a slurry spreader or cattle trailer, a horse box as well as the full farm set “Große Farm” provide countless play opportunities and turn the child room into a real farmyard.

Originals: Spiced up!

Ministeck spice up their traditional mosaic plug-in system – new “ornament bricks” enter the world of Ministeck.

The standard plug-in pieces are extended by adding seven new ornament bricks, which are, of course, fully compatible with all Ministeck boards.
Flowers, horseshoes, hearts, stars, butterflies, crowns and diamonds will be available in all 24 Ministeck standard colours and increase the value of Ministeck mosaics. First sets delivered in combination with ornament bricks are The Frog King, a horse, a unicorn and a flower girl.
Special package design underlines the uniqueness of ornament products and distinguishes them from standard packages.

As regards motives and product range, the “Africa” theme dominates in 2010 – shades of the 2010 World Cup. However, Ministeck does not present football motives, but a number of new animal subjects featuring the African continent. The theme spans products and packages, including the 4in1 Standard Box, sliding boxes, POS displays and is also available within low price ranges.

In addition to new highlights, the company continues the fine tradition of releasing new images for fans from different age groups. The young ones may enjoy “Engelskinder” in a folding box, while Ministeck XXL enthusiast get all excited about “Vatikan”.

PINS: “Girls’ colours” & ornaments

The well-established range of pins has been extended by adding “Girls’ Colours”. Little princesses love the pink, violet, rose-coloured and light-green pins, when they create their first artistic mosaic works. Two new products with different pin sizes and package units (150 and 220 pin) will soon hit retail shelves.

And if that weren’t enough:
For all pins-products Ministeck now also provides “ornaments” for additional creative opportunities. New elements like flowers, butterflies, stars, moons and hearts add value to mosaic boards.
Even four products in different package sizes contain the new ornament pins. The range spans package sizes from 140/16 to 170/20, 210/24 through to 240/32, while the last one contains a mixture of basic colours and girls’ colours.

And of course, all new pins products enter child rooms in Ministeck’s popular carrying case!
