Crazykick, the popular football card game of publisher dlp games, will appear in India in spring 2010. One of the biggest markets, at least regarding the population, is crazy about football as well as the rest of the world. In the run-up to the world cup in South Africa, manufacturer and publisher Parksons Games ensured the rights to manufacture and distribute the game in India. Parksons Games is one of the most important producers of printed matter in India, working amongst others for McDonalds India. Besides exporting decks of cards, Parksons has become a specialist in developing card- and boardgames of their own. The company will exhibit again at the Nuremberg toy fair (hall 10.1, E-08). For the Indian Market, Crazykick will be translated in several Hindi languages.
Crazykick is a real-time football game and is played in two teams. Each player will have a deck of cards face-down in one hand and is trying to play the cards that way that his team can advance the ball down the field, finally in the goal with the correspondent goal card. The names of the members of your team as well as the names of the players of opponent team are marked on the card in the middle lying on the top. So each team is crying out as loud as possible the name of the players of their own team searched for to get the ball at first. Hereby, a real football atmosphere is in the air: “Mike, Mike, Alex, Eric, Leon, Leon and Goooaaaal!!!” The team got a goal when the goal-card will be layed on the card desk, 1:0 for the team! |
